The artist was unable to provide a "layered" psd file, so I spent the afternoon pulling this flat file apart and recreating some of the image. To then create the separations. The tricky part was aligning the seps so they could fit on the palate when printed. The purple and white had to be printed at different times. And we still had to create an oversize palate so the size range from XL - XXL looked proportionate.
